By signing the following Authorization Letters, Purchaser authorizes Greenroom Events to submit a formal and binding offer to the Artist on Purchaser’s behalf. Purchaser acknowledges that, upon Artist’s acceptance (verbally or in writing), the terms set forth herein shall constitute a binding agreement among Purchaser, Artist, and Greenroom. Purchaser agrees to fulfill all financial and logistical obligations detailed in this Letter and understands that cancellation is not permitted without a negotiated settlement. This Letter does not guarantee Artist’s acceptance, but Purchaser remains fully obligated if the offer is accepted.
